Common problems in using LED flashlight charger

2020-04-14

Charger usually refers to a device that converts alternating current to low-voltage direct current. Charger is widely used in various fields, especially in the field of life is widely used in mobile phones, cameras and other common electrical appliances.

According to different input methods, it can be divided into the following types

1. General charger

It is used to provide energy through transformers for ordinary household electricity.

2. Battery charger

It is specially designed for charging the widely used lead-acid maintenance free battery or battery pack in the market, with small volume, light weight and convenient movement.

3. Solar charger

Use solar panels to collect solar energy.

4. Wireless charger

The principle of electromagnetic coupling is used.

According to the normal use, it can be divided into

1. Pedestal charger

Unique appearance, novel and beautiful, easy to carry, suitable for charging 200-3000mah Li-ion Ni MH mobile phone battery, with built-in intelligent identification circuit.

2. USB charger

With USB output interface to charge MP3/4, digital camera, etc.

3. Line charger

It is usually used to charge the mobile phone directly.

4. Car charger

The charger with the general power supply on the vehicle as the power supply device.

5. Battery charger

A device that charges a lithium or NiMH battery directly.

Working principle of charger (taking switching power supply as an example)

After the AC voltage is rectified and filtered by the rectifying circuit and the filtering circuit, it becomes a DC voltage with certain pulsating components. This voltage enters the high frequency converter and is converted into a square wave of the required voltage value. Finally, this square wave voltage is transformed into the required DC voltage by rectifying and filtering.

Charging mode (taking lithium battery charging as an example)

Constant current, constant voltage and trickle, intelligent turning lamp.

The first stage of constant current and voltage charging is charged with constant current; when the voltage reaches the predetermined value, the second stage is charged with constant voltage, and the current gradually decreases; when the charging current reaches the set value, the lithium battery is fully charged, and the charger turns to light.
